Job description
Spectertech Labs is hiring Software Engineers in Bengaluru for candidates from the 2024, 2025, 2026, and 2027 batches. This is an opportunity for freshers and early-career professionals with 0–2 years of experience who are interested in building software products and working with modern technologies.
The role involves developing software applications, building APIs and integrations, working on scalable SaaS solutions, debugging issues, testing applications, and improving system performance. You may also get the opportunity to work across different areas of the technology stack.
The company is also focused on AI-powered products and Agentic AI. Engineers will have opportunities to use AI tools during development, debugging, testing, research, and documentation, as well as explore intelligent agents, automation workflows, and AI-powered systems.
Qualifications
Candidates should have a BE or B.Tech qualification along with strong programming fundamentals and problem-solving skills. The role is suitable for candidates from the 2024–2027 batches with 0–2 years of experience.
Candidates should be curious about how software systems and system architecture work and should be willing to learn and adapt to new technologies. An ability to take ownership of assigned work and contribute in a fast-paced startup environment is expected.
An interest in AI tools, AI-assisted development, Agentic AI, intelligent agents, and automation workflows will be valuable for this role.
